OPTX is a real estate workflow tool for property research, comp review, CMA preparation, seller-context organization, and email draft generation.

You may use OPTX only if you are authorized to access the workspace and to enter the property, seller, client, and market information you provide.

OPTX does not replace professional judgment, brokerage review, legal advice, financial advice, appraisal services, or MLS compliance review.

Comp selections, suggested price ranges, market summaries, rental projections, school information, and generated email copy must be reviewed for accuracy before being shared with clients or third parties.

OPTX may rely on configured property data vendors, user-entered information, pasted report URLs, stored records, and AI-generated analysis.

Data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or different from MLS, brokerage, county, tax, appraisal, or public-record systems. Users are responsible for confirming important facts against authoritative sources.

You agree not to enter information you are not permitted to use, not to misuse protected client or seller information, and not to use OPTX for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or unauthorized real estate activity.

You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

OPTX may connect to third-party APIs, model providers, hosting providers, databases, report links, and document systems.

External services and links are governed by their own terms. DRKNYT is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy.

OPTX, its interface, workflows, prompts, code, and product design are owned by DRKNYT or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

User-entered property and client information remains subject to the rights and obligations that apply to the user, brokerage, client, data provider, or original source.

OPTX is provided as-is and as-available. DRKNYT does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, complete data, or any specific business result.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DRKNYT disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
