Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 17, 2026

This policy explains how OPTX handles information used in the internal real estate comp, valuation, CMA, and email-drafting workflow.

Information We Collect

OPTX may collect account and access information, such as the password-protected session used to reach the console.

When you create or analyze a CMA, OPTX may store property addresses, city, state, ZIP code, property characteristics, seller names, seller email addresses, seller goals, pricing notes, attachment URLs, comparable sales, market data, school data, and generated email drafts.

The app may also create a local anonymous browser identifier for recent searches and feedback on in-app motivation prompts.

How We Use Information

We use information to run property lookup, comp analysis, CMA creation, report storage, email draft generation, troubleshooting, security, and product improvement.

Generated outputs are designed to support real estate workflows, but users remain responsible for reviewing all figures, copy, links, and recommendations before sharing them.

Third-Party Services

OPTX may send relevant property, market, CMA, or prompt information to configured service providers, including property data vendors, database hosting providers, hosting platforms, and AI model providers.

Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. OPTX should only be connected to providers approved for the data you enter.

Cookies And Local Storage

OPTX uses an HTTP-only authentication cookie for protected console access when an admin password is configured.

The app may use browser local storage for non-sensitive product state, such as a local user identifier and recent property searches.

Data Retention

CMA records and related generated content are kept until deleted from the configured database or removed through operational processes.

Attachment URLs may point to external systems. Removing a URL from OPTX does not delete the underlying external file.

Security

OPTX uses access controls, environment variables, and hosted infrastructure protections to reduce unauthorized access.

No system is perfectly secure. Do not enter information that your brokerage, clients, or vendors have not authorized you to use in this workflow.
